Following on from Volume 4 this film
covers lots of different things that
go on around the farm all year round
including a John Deere 6430 and
Elephant Grass Planter, we see lots of
other machinery on sites and motorways
and see them cut and lift silage, and
planting the new energy crop Willow.

Also included is some amateur
footage of the world record breaking
attempt of 186 combines working in one
field which was led out by a John
Deere T660 Combine with a 23 foot
header.
We meet a father and son team who are
agri and plant contractors who own the
biggest self propelled slurry
injection Terragator 2244 in Ireland
which is known as “The Gentle Giant of
the Slurry Scene” with a 3300 gallon
tank and there are three John Deere
Tractors following it.
