Following the success of his first book, ‘A Lincolnshire Lad Looks Back’, Len Woodhead has put pen to paper once again with further reminiscences of his life as a farm worker on Nocton Estate, known in its day as the home of Smith’s Potato Crisps.
This new book features many photographs taken around Nocton, as well as a written tour of the local farms and buildings (with many stops along the way as len remembers amusing stories about their former occupants), and anecdotes about local people and events.
