William Dozza was born in Bologna and
between 1965 and 1996, was director of
communications for Peugeot Italia. A
journalist “on loan” to industry, he
never abandoned the profession,
continuing to write for the hobby
sector on topics including industrial
history and archaeology, specifically
in the field of agricultural
machinery. He is considered to be one
of the world’s leading experts on
testacalda or hot head tractors and as
well this book has also written the

Massimo Misley was born in Modena and
for over 30 years has worked for the
company featured in this book,
experiencing at first-hand the
transformations from Fiat trattori to
Fiatagri, to FiatGeotech, to
N.H.Geotech, to New Holland and
finally to GNH Global. He has worked
throughout the fields of servicing,
sales, communications and training,
eventually finding himself in the
tractor marketing sector. An
enthusiast of engineering and vehicles
in general, his direct experience has
brought him into contact with
fundamental stages in the complex
story of New Holland and its vast
production range.
