Using period archive films this programme looks at the classic era of the David Brown tractors built at Meltham in Yorkshire. Beginning with the 850 Implematic of the late 1950s all the models of the the 1960s and 1970s feature up to the launch of the 90 Series in 1979 that was the last new range to feature the David Brown name. The original films give a truly unique look at the tractors that carried the David Brown name in the classic era and bring back plenty of nostalgia for those who remember them when they were new.
