Wickham Horse Fair can trace it’s
routes back to the 13th century & is
the oldest horse fair in the country.
Roger De Syres obtained a Royal
Charter from King Henry III in 1269
for a weekly market & an annual fair
followed.
In this DVD we take a look at this the
oldest fair & capture all the action,
some of it too close for comfort as we
get up close & personal with the high
spirited horses.
