Lincolnshire Farmer Wink is one of a farming breed that is dying out, along with the dialect he uses which he describes as ‘broad and rough’.
This video shows him at home and on the farm, looking after his cattle and sheep, lambing a ewe, and making a traditional wooden sheep hurdle. He shows us the traditional farming tools he uses and we see him making his own butter – plus much more.
