“In the village of Fleet, near the town of Holbeach, in the windswept fens of south Lincolnshire, lives a man who has spent his entire life with tractors. That man’s name is Robbie Thorpe and, in this series of DVDs, we shall get to know him, his collection of tractors and his passion for farm machinery”.

Through modern day filming, recollections and original photographs, our first visit to Robbie Thorpe’s place focuses on the Fordson tractors that are just a tiny piece of his collection, while also looking back at the David Brown tractors from his childhood and the Ford tractors he drove while working on a local big farming operation, giving us an insight into just why he is so fascinated by tractors!
